FlexSolder W510
The FlexSolder W510 is the traditional mini-wave soldering module with board sizes up to 510mm x 510mm. As with previous mini-wave soldering machines from JUKI, the W510 is able to handle dual mini-waves for simultaneous or individual use. The advantage of individual use is having the ability to solder closer than 1mm to other SMD, but also being able to solder large connectors or other devices without the need for changing nozzle sizes. This is done automatically during production. No other machine in this market has this ability.
