
KE-3020 | High Speed Flexible Mounter
The KE3020 is Juki's latest leading-edge technology for improved flexibility and production quality. It supports both electronic and mechanical tape feeders and can handle boards up to 22" x 24". With its multi-nozzle (six nozzles) laser head, the KE3020 can achieve a rated IPC9850 speed of 17,100CPH and is capable of a component placement range from 01005 (0402 metric) to 74mm2.

Features
The KE3020 adds a seventh high resolution nozzle for handling larger parts and uses a 3 color vision centering system, featuring bottom, side, and back lighting that can view all ball and split recognition images for quick and accurate placement.
Additionally, the KE3020 has an IPC9850 rated speed of 2,200CPH for IC components when using the advanced vision centering / effective tact system and 5,800CPH for IC components using advanced vision centering with the Multi-Nozzle Vision Centering (MNVC) option.
The KE3020 is compatible with all current Juki feeders and trolleys, resulting in seamless installations into existing Juki lines. It features powerful line optimization software and rugged trolley carts that make changeover quick and easy.
The KE3020 also features an auto-pick correction feature that minimizes setup time and ensures accurate picking of even the smallest components, as well as a "BGA" auto-teach feature that allows the operator to automatically "learn" the ball or lead pattern on BGAs and QFPs. This method is much faster and more accurate than manual data entry.
Supports Linear Fluxer for fluxing and PoP applications.
