JM-10
Our new revolutionary hybrid JM-10 allows for the placement or insertion of both surface mount and through-hole components. This multi-task platform can accommodate the widest component range in the electronics industry. It can even accommodate three types of feeders: Radial, Bowl and Axial to accommodate all of your insertion mounting requirements.

Line Solutions
Our increased line solutions capabilities now include three high-value fully-automatic screen printers, eco-friendly ovens that improve energy savings while lowering carbon emissions and the new WS series lead-free air and lead-free N2 wave solder machines. Both systems are backed by our exclusive 5 year warranty for the heaters, blowers and solder pot and 2 years on all other parts.

With the recent announcement of our agreement with Storagesolutions, we now offer three intelligent storage systems to keep all of your mission critical components safe within a small footprint. They have been designed to support the storage needs of the most varied types of components, achieve optimum performance in regards to storage capacity while allowing for easy and intelligent management of component inventory.

Storagesolutions Partners with JUKI

Creazzo (VI) ― March 2013 ― Storagesolutions, a division of ESSEGI SYSTEM SERVICE s.r.l., announced that it has signed an agreement with Juki Automation Systems, Inc. and JUKI AG. Under the agreement, Juki will distribute Storagesolutions’ intelligent storage systems throughout Europe and the Americas. Storagesolutions already has received a positive response from the partnership since the recent IPC APEX Expo where JAS, Inc. displayed the ISM2000 Intelligent Storage Management system for the first time.

“Juki is a famous pick-and-place and complementary SMT production systems supplier throughout Europe and the Americas,” said Matteo Padoan, ESSEGI SYSTEM SERVICE. “The timing to collaborate with Juki could not be better. This amalgamation offers to our customers the chance to possess a completely closed and swift material flow system within the production. The original formation focused on sewing machine technology which now supplies 170 nations with sewing equipment and related products.
