SCS | Set-Up Control System

The SCS is designed to improve accuracy and reduce feeder set-up time. The system does not require any special machine interface or machine software and is thus compatible with all Juki 700, 2000 and R-Series modules.

It can easily be field retrofitted to existing machines while allowing operator training in less than two days. The SCS fits perfectly where the set-up process has to be improved, but not requiring the full functionality of IFS-X2. It provides error free production with low investment.
